If you want to access the information we have collected about you, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format. You can submit your Access Request by going to your personal account settings.

To ensure the security of your data, we will send a verification code to the email address associated with your SHEIN account. After you receive the code, you will be able to download your data from the account setting.

If you believe that we have incorrect or incomplete information about you, we can make those changes in My Profile settings.

It allows you to modify basic account information, such as profile picture, size or style preferences. Additionally, you can add or edit your payment methods and saved addresses to streamline the checkout process.

You have the right to request that we permanently erase your personal information from our records. Once your account erasure request has been processed, your information will be irreversibly deleted (except for certain data that we may retain to comply with our legal obligations, as outlined in our Privacy Policy). This means that you will not be able to login again, and if you want to shop at SHEIN in the future, you’ll need to set up a new account.

You can exercise your Right to Deletion by submitting a request through our Request Center .

Please note that in order to maintain the security of your data, you will need access to the email or phone you used to register your SHEIN account.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from SHEIN, simply click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email we send you. You can also submit an unsubscribe request through our Request Center .

We respect your choices, and we will fulfill your request in a timely manner.

We do not sell our users’ information to third parties as that term is generally understood. However, making certain identifiers available to third parties may be considered a sale under certain laws. When you visit our website, we may share some personal identifiers such as cookies and other tracking technologies for analytics and to personalize your experience with targeted ads.

If you would like to opt-out of the sale of such personal information, you can control how we share your data by clicking the “Manage Cookies” link on the bottom of the webpage, or in the Settings menu in your mobile app.

Profiling is the automated processing of your personal information to evaluate certain aspects of your behavior or personal preferences. This may include creating profiles based on your browsing history or search queries in order to provide you with a personalized shopping experience.

You have the right to refuse profiling based solely on automatic processing of your data. Please note that this will affect your shopping experience, and your search results will not be tailored to your preferences and profile.

If you wish to opt-out of profiling, you can do so by licking the “Manage Cookies” link on the bottom of the webpage, or in the Settings menu in your mobile app.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data in certain situations, including:

● Processing based on SHEIN’s legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party,

● Processing carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority,

● Processing for direct marketing purposes.

Please be informed that you are able to unsubscribe yourself through self-service. The steps regarding this are the following:

● If you have a SHEIN User Account

To adjust your marketing and promotional communication preferences (as well as other settings and preferences), please log in to your SHEIN user account and click in Settings>Contact Preferences and limit the email and SMS communications you receive from us or disable them altogether.

In regards to the notifications, you can make the changes in Settings>Contact Preferences>New Message Notifications and select what notifications you still want to receive or disable them altogether.

● If you do NOT have a SHEIN User Account

On the bottom of every marketing email sent by us you will find a link that allows you to unsubscribe from the type of email you have received. Click on the link to unsubscribe.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to this information to be updated in our systems, and you might continue to receive our marketing emails in the meantime.

After amending your settings, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purposes.

In relation to the other processing activities set out in our Privacy Notice, we view that SHEIN has an overriding legitimate interest to continue processing your personal data, including disclosing or sharing your personal data, for those purposes. The legitimate interests include:

● providing you with the requested services and customer support services.

● securing our systems and fraud prevention.

● communicating with you if needed or relevant in relation to the fulfilment or process of your order or if required by law.

● Improving our products or services.

For this reason, we recommend that if you want SHEIN to stop processing your personal data for such purposes, you delete your account and/or submit a deletion request via our Privacy Center.

If you want to object to a processing activity not listed above, please send your request to [email protected] specifying the processing activity that you are objecting to and the reasons for your objection. And please also attach a screenshot of the log-in page of your email or phone number which you use to register a SHEIN account to help us verify your identity.

You have the right to request restriction of processing your personal data when certain conditions apply. ● The reason for your request (e.g. contesting the accuracy of data);

● Whether the restriction is intended to be temporary or ongoing.
