1.IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Return Policy is a commercial policy allowing Customers, under certain conditions and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, to return items that are no longer eligible for the right of withdrawal, in order to obtain a refund. This policy is in addition to, and distinct from, the statutory right of withdrawal which applies during the first fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.
This means that, if you want to return any ordered products:
— between the 15th and 30th day of receipt and within the 45 days of purchase, the conditions set out below will apply.

Please note that Infinite Towers Services Ltd ("SHEIN") will process any returns on behalf of the relevant seller (please see our information on the allocation of obligations).
2. How long do I have to make a return?
We gladly accept, under certain conditions, returns within forty-five (45) days of purchase for most items in new condition.
3. What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge?
We can offer a free return label for you to use, and you can choose either of the following three shipping companies as your return courier.
① EVRI
Not required to Print label at Home - Please use the self-serve instore printer to print your label and then attached to your parcel.
The first return label in your order is free. If you later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will deduct £ 2.50 from your refund.
② 24/7 Inpost lockers
No printing required at home or when you drop off your return. Just scan. Drop. Done.

How it works:
1) Select InPost Instant Returns and generate a QR code
2) Scan the code on your phone at your local locker and select your parcel size
3) Put your parcel inside and shut the door
When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier.
PLEASE NOTE: All items from the same order should be returned in one parcel, if multiple returns are made on the same order, we will deduct £2.50 from your refund. Maximum parcel size: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.
③ Royal Mail
The first return label in your order is free. If you later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will deduct £ 2.50 from your refund. You can either use the provided return label or the QR code. (The size of the return label should be 100x150 mm)
4. How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Click the "Start Returns" button at the bottom of this page.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select return method.
5. If you choose the return carrier provided by our company to return, we will provide a return label or QR code. If you use the return label, please print and securely stick it to the wrapper of your package, then drop the package off at the nearest parcel shop point. If you use the QR code, no need for a label! Just show the code at your nearest parcel shop point, and they will handle the rest.
6.We recommend that you take photos or short videos while packing your return items as proof of return, and keep your drop-off receipt (if any) until you receive a complete refund.

If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.

To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, please make sure that the item you are returning matches the details listed on your return request. Any discrepancies may cause delays or prevent us from being able to process your refund.
5.What items can I return?
Return requirements for returnable items:
•Wedding Dresses, Suits and other Apparel: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
•Human Hair Wigs: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached. Specifically, items will be inspected for evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alteration or damage.
•Shoes, Bags and Luggage: Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories (shoe-buckles, shoe laces, and dust bags, etc). Shoes must have been tried only on a soft, clean surface.
•Furniture: Items must be new, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts included).
•Cell Phones, laptops, projectors, tablets and other electronics: Items must be returned in their original sealed and non-activated condition. Please erase all personal information from the product and place it in the original packaging along with any manuals, accessories, and any “free” gifts supplied with the product. If the product has missing parts or is in unsellable condition when returned, we cannot provide you with a refund. If you want to claim a manufacturer’s warranty, we will help you contact the manufacturer.
•Other categories: The items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
•Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty, underwear, Event & Party Supplies, DIY Supplies, Pet Supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
•Cosmetics if the seal has been broken.
•Items marked as non-returnable.
•Free gifts (This depends on the status of the item at the time of payment).
•Customized items.
6.What refund?
The Return Policy allows the Customer to obtain a refund for purchased products.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
7.When will I get my refund and under what conditions?
7.1Your request will be processed within five (5) business days after we receive your return and provided it complies with section 4.
When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. If, we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as but not limited to washed, damaged, unsealed, activated, removal of the original tags attached, damage to the hygiene sticker, or any other situation we deem the product not suitable for resale, SHEIN will not be able to offer you a refund. In such case, we will return the product to you at your cost. In this instance, we will deduct the return shipping fee of £2.50 from the refunds of other items in the same order that have passed the quality inspection and are deemed refundable. If there are no such items or the refund amount is insufficient to cover the shipping fee, SHEIN may at its discretion offer to bear the (remaining) cost of return shipping as a gesture of goodwill.
7.2 The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
7.3 We may proceed with the refund of the items within a maximum period of 10/15 days from their receipt so that we can verify that the conditions set out in section 4 have been met.
7.4 Please do not return items at your own expense to the address on the shipping label or return label, that is not our return address and will affect your return process.
7.5 If you want to use the original shipping packaging to return items, please remove / cover the shipping label on the outside of the packaging to avoid your return being sent to you by mistake.
7.6 Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products.

7.7 If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
8. Rules for adjusting the refund amount due to coupons
The use of SHEIN coupons with a minimum order value is based on the actual order value. The actual order value is the amount of your original order less the refund value (i.e., the original amount for refundable items). The refund amount you receive is subject to the following guidelines:
1) There are two possible scenarios when requesting a refund after using a coupon:
a) If the actual order value still reaches the original minimum order value for the redeemed coupon, the refund amount will not be adjusted. You will refund us the redeemed coupon pro rata.
b) If the actual order value does not reach the original minimum order value of the coupon you used, the refund amount will be adjusted. Adjusting the refund amount may result in a reduction in the amount we refund you or in you receiving no refund at all.
2) In case of an adjustment of the reimbursement amount:
a) If the coupon has more than one discount threshold and the actual order value reaches a different discount threshold, you only need to refund us the difference between the value of the originally used coupon and the value of the new coupon used based on the new actual order value.
b) If the actual order value no longer meets any of the discount thresholds after the refund, you will no longer be eligible for the discount and will be required to refund us the value of the coupon originally used. The used coupon will be added back to your wallet, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective coupon.
Examples:
Suppose a coupon has two discount thresholds: a discount of €6 is applied to an actual order value between €69 and €99; a discount of €15 is applied to an actual order value above €99.
Scenario 1 (no adjustment of the reimbursement amount):
• Purchase value of the original order: 120€
• Refund value: 20€
• Actual order value: €100 (i.e. €120 (original purchase value) less €20 (refund value)).
• The actual order value still meets the original discount threshold of €99 for the coupon. Therefore, the coupon will not be refunded and the refund amount will not be adjusted. You will receive a full refund of €16.70 (€20 (refund value) less €3.30 (the corresponding percentage of the applied coupon)).
Scenario 2 (adjustment of reimbursement amount I):
• Purchase value of the original order: 120€
• Refund value: 30€
• Actual order value: €90 (i.e. €120 (original purchase value) less €30 (refund value)).
• The actual order value does not reach the original coupon discount threshold of €99. Therefore, you are no longer entitled to the €15 coupon. However, the actual order value still meets the minimum value of €69, so you are entitled to the €6 coupon. The difference between the issued coupon and the applicable coupon after the refund is €9. Therefore, we will deduct €9 from your refund amount. Therefore, you will receive a refund of €21 (€30 (refund value) less €9 (coupon difference)).
Scenario 3 (Adjustment of the reimbursement amount II):
• Purchase value of the original order: 120€
• Refund value: 70€
• Actual order value: €50 (i.e. €120 (original purchase value) less €70 (refund value)).
• The actual order value does not reach the original coupon discount threshold of €99. Therefore, you are no longer entitled to the €15 coupon. The actual order value also does not reach the discount threshold of €69. Therefore, you are no longer entitled to the coupon and must refund the entire coupon value (€15). Consequently, we will deduct €15 from your refund amount. You will therefore receive a refund of €55 (€70 (refund value) less €15 (coupon difference)).
• In the event of a product return, cancellation and/or refund of an order for which a coupon was used, the coupon will be credited back to the SHEIN user account unless:
• the coupon has expired;
• the coupon was not linked to the customer account;
• it is a partial cancellation, return and/or refund of the order (in this case the coupon will be considered used and will not be credited back to you).
