UK SHEIN Bonus Point Policy

This policy (“Bonus Point Policy”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to use of bonus points (“Bonus Point(s)”, “SHEIN Point(s)”, or “Point(s)”) awarded by SHEIN (the "Seller" or "SHEIN") and which may be earned or used by any non-commercial natural person (the "Customer") on the website on its website at www.shein.co.uk and related SHEIN mobile application(s) (collectively, the "Site").
By accepting or using Bonus Points, you agree to be bound by this Bonus Point Policy. This Bonus Point Policy is incorporated by reference into the General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). This Bonus Point Policy may be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. However, the applicable Bonus Points Policy will be, in any case, the one in force at the time the Client obtains the Points.
1 General.
1.1 The SHEIN Points program (”SHEIN Points Program”) under which you may earn SHEIN Points operates under this Bonus Point Policy unless expressly stated otherwise. As a condition of your participation in the SHEIN Points Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for reading and understanding the Bonus Point Policy, SHEIN Points Program Rules, and communications from SHEIN (including rules/terms specific to various promotions offering Points), and SHEIN’s General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy .
1.2 To earn SHEIN Points, you must first register with SHEIN and create a user account (“SHEIN User Account”) in accordance with the procedure described in section 3 of the T&Cs. You will not be eligible to participate in the SHEIN Points Program if you had a SHEIN User Account which was previously terminated or suspended.
1.3 SHEIN Points are earned by placing orders or using the services offered on the Site. SHEIN Points are awarded at the sole discretion of the Seller.
1.4 SHEIN Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
1.5 SHEIN Points can only be redeemed toward the purchase of products on the Site.
1.6 Points may only be redeemed on the SHEIN site from which they were originally obtained (e.g., if you earn points on SHEIN UK Site, those Points can only be redeemed on SHEIN UK Site).
1.7 Each set of SHEIN Points issued to you will have an expiration date. Please note the expiration date of your SHEIN Points and use them before the expiration date.
Once the SHEIN Points have expired, they cannot be redeemed or otherwise used.
2 Earning SHEIN Points.
There are several ways to earn Bonus Points:
2.1 You may earn SHEIN Points through the following actions:
(i) By making purchases on the Site.
You may earn SHEIN Points by making qualifying purchases on the Site or the App. Generally, you earn 1 Point for each pound (£) you spend towards the purchase of a product on the Site using the product’s listing price (inclusive of any discounts or markdowns) at the time you place your order. However, the SHEIN Points will not be awarded to you until you confirm delivery of your order. If you do not confirm delivery of your order within six (6) months after the order date, SHEIN Points will not be awarded. You will not earn SHEIN Points for amounts spent on taxes, shipping fees, and other costs associated with your order
(ii) By confirming your registration.
If you confirm your SHEIN User Account registration by verifying your email address, you will receive up to 100 Points.
(iii) By posting a comment on the products ordered.
You can earn up to [17 Points] per item by posting a review of an item you have purchased. To be eligible for Points, your review must meet minimum text requirements and comply with SHEIN’s policy on use of our Services and applicable law.
Points are earned as follows:
  • A review alone earns 5 Points
  • A review with a photo of the product being reviewed earns 10 additional points (or 15 total Points)
  • A review with size information earns 2 additional points (or 17 total Points).
(iv) By participating in SHEIN activities
  • Daily Check-in. Participating in the Check-In Program. You will earn Points by taking part in the Check-In program.
  • Participate in Other App Activities. When you scan SHEIN QR code to open our App or join various other campaigns, you can earn points as specified in the respective promotions.
  • Competitions, contests and games. If you participate in competitions, lotteries or games on the Site, you may be eligible to earn Points as specified in the terms and conditions of such contests, sweepstakes, or games.
  • Tune into a Livestream. You may earn Points if you tune into a SHEIN livestream event. We may award Points during livestream events randomly at our sole discretion. You must be logged into the Livestream and using your SHEIN User Account to be eligible to earn Points by tuning into a livestream event.
  • Other Events. SHEIN may host other promotions, events, or opportunities where you may have a chance to earn Points. Point amounts and other eligibility requirements (if any) will be set forth in the individual promotions, events, or opportunities. Check the Site and the App regularly for such additional opportunities.
  • Participate in the Show
    1. Participate in the Show and share your styling photos. Each post will earn you 5 points (up to 10 points per day).
    2. If your post is selected as a featured piece by SHEIN editors, you will earn a bonus of 50 points.
3 Duration of the Bonus Points.
Bonus Points have different validity periods, which are specified at the time the Points are awarded. Once the expiry date has passed, the Points can no longer be used and are deleted.
4 Redeeming SHEIN Points.
SHEIN Points have NO CASH VALUE and they cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or store credit. SHEIN Points are promotional discounts that can only be used to reduce the price of an eligible product offered on the Site or the App (excluding shipping, insurance and any other taxes).
One hundred (100) Bonus Points represent one (1) US dollar, which means that one hundred (100) Bonus Points may represent more or less than one (1) pound, depending on the evolution of exchange rates and conversion (no decimals).
You can use the Points to deduct up to a maximum of 70% of the total price of your order (excluding shipping insurance, taxes and other costs and discounts including any discounts resulting from the redemption of any coupons).
Points will be deducted from your Points balance until it reaches 0.
Some additional rules:
  • (i) When you redeem your SHEIN Points, the Points that will expire soonest will be used first.
  • (ii) Points may not be exchanged, transferred or converted to and from another loyalty program.
  • (iii) Any benefits associated with SHEIN Points are personal to you and cannot be assigned, conveyed, traded, bartered, willed, or otherwise transferred to anyone, except as may be authorized by SHEIN, at its sole discretion. Any assignment, conveyance or other transfer of Points in violation of this Bonus Point Policy may, at SHEIN's discretion, result in: (i) the cancellation of the affected Points; and/or (ii) the termination of your SHEIN User Account.
5 About viewing SHEIN points.
SHEIN Points are viewable by logging into your SHEIN User Account, and clicking the “My Points” section under the “My Assets” section of your User Account. This will display your current SHEIN Points balance.
You can only view the points balance for the SHEIN site for which you have currently logged in. If you have any questions regarding your Points, please contact our Customer Services Platform .
6 Daily Point limit.
Points are limited to a maximum of 8,000 points per day for all activities.
In addition, the table below specifies the maximum number of Points that can be earned per activity:

Check-Ins Up to 100 Points every 24 hours
Livestream Events Up to 500 Points every 24 hours
Surveys Up to 200 Points every 24 hours
When the Customer reaches this limit, he/she can still participate in the above-mentioned activities but will no longer be able to earn Points.
7 Point Adjustments.
SHEIN has the right to correct any errors and make any adjustments, for any reason and at any time and, with or without notice, including if any Points have been: (i) erroneously or fraudulently earned or credited to your User Account; or (ii) earned at an incorrect rate.
SHEIN may also refuse to allow you to redeem Points, reverse any transaction involving a redemption of Points, or deduct additional Points from your User Account where an error in the Points required for the redemption existed at the time of the redemption.
Please note that these rights may be exercised regardless of whether the error occurred through an act or omission by SHEIN or any of its affiliates.
8 Cancellation, Returns and Refunds.
If an unpaid order is cancelled, any Points applied to your unpaid purchase will be credited back to your Points balance within your SHEIN User Account.
Upon a validly processed return (use of the right of withdrawal or non-conformity), your Point balance will be credited for any Points used to reduce the purchase price at the time of the order, unless the Points have already expired. If it is a partial return, Points will be returned on a prorated basis.
The Points obtained from the order whose cancellation or return is validated will be deducted from the Points balance.
Please note that if your Points balance does not have sufficient Points, a negative figure will appear, which can be offset by earning more Points. A negative Points balance does not create or impose any requirements or obligations for you.
9 Termination.
Subject to the applicable law, SHEIN reserves the right to terminate the SHEIN Points Program at any time for any and for any reason, upon reasonable notice to you.
In the event of termination of the Client Account, the Points obtained will be deleted and the Client will no longer be able to use them. The same will apply if the termination is due to a breach of this Bonus Points Policy, the T&Cs or any other SHEIN terms and conditions.
10 Bonus Points restrictions & exclusions.
10.1 Restrictions on earning Bonus Points. Users that have been “blocklisted”, according to section 2.2.(6) of the the SHEIN MARKETPLACE’ S GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE , may not be able to earn Bonus Points when:
(i) posting a comment on the products ordered, or posting a review as indicated in section 2.1 (iii) of this Policy.

To address a few common questions, please consult this FAQ.
  • How do I earn SHEIN Points? It is necessary to be logged in to your Customer Account. For each purchase of Products on the Site, the Customer can earn Points. With some exceptions, each US dollar spent will give rise to one (1) Bonus Point, which means that each pound (£) spent would also give rise to one (1) Bonus Point, but this will depend on the exchange rates and the conversion of the figures (no decimals). Bonus Points will not appear in the SHEIN User Account at this stage until the purchase has been confirmed.
  • How are SHEIN Points awarded to me for my purchases? Bonus Points will only be earned once the purchase of Products has been validated, in accordance with article 4 of the T&Cs If you do not confirm delivery, Points will not be awarded.
  • Do my SHEIN Points expire? Yes. SHEIN Points expire, and they have different expiration dates depending on how they were earned ranging from seven (7) days to three (3) months. At the time that Points are awarded to you, we will advise you of their expiration date. If you do not use your SHEIN Points by their expiration date, the Points will expire and can no longer be used.
  • Can I use Points earned from the Site on other SHEIN affiliated sites? No. the Points are independent and specific to each SHEIN site. Points earned on the Site or Application can only be used on the Site or Application where they were earned.
  • How do I see my Points balance? Your Points balance is available in your SHEIN User Account. To view your balance, login to your SHEIN account and check out “My Points” under the “My Assets” section of your SHEIN User Account.
