| If you want to modify shipping address: 1. For unshipped orders: can edit via "My orders". 2. For shipped orders: the shipping address CANNOT be changed. If you want to exchange size or exchange for other items: 1. For unpaid ordersL you can cancel the order in "My orders" and place a new one with the correct size/item. 2. For paid order: currently we are not supported anymore for exchange. If you want to add some items to your order: We recommend that you check the order if there is a one-click purchase button; If so, click on it to try adding the item, if not, you can place a new order for the additional items you require directly on our website/app. We cannot add items to your order on your behalf, even the order still not been shipped.
