Gift cards may be redeemed on SHEIN to purchase products and services. Gift cards purchased after March 8, 2021 can no longer be redeemed outside of the country it was purchased from. For example, if you purchased a gift card on SHEIN’s US site, it can only be redeemed on SHEIN US site’s PC page, mobile page, Android system, or iOS system.

Eligible purchase means purchase of merchandise from SHEIN and does not include SHEIN CLUB membership.

Gift Cards can be redeemed only towards purchases of SHEIN’s products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation) and cannot be redeemed towards purchases of Third-Party Sellers’ products. In addition, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for purchase of SHEIN CLUB membership. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate customer User Accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our Services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms.

When you place an order to purchase gift cards, we need to ensure your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is estimated to take 1-7 business days. The actual time frame depends on the payment method you select.

You may enter the gift card number and PIN number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance remaining on the gift card, you must select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.

Please note that only one gift card can be redeemed in connection with any given order and they cannot otherwise be "stacked" or combined with other gift cards for that same order.

You may check your gift card balance in your account.

The balance in your gift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.

Any gift card you purchase from us has no expiry date.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Please note any gift card issued by us to you free of charge may have an expiry period, generally ranging from 1 day to 3 months (or potentially longer) from the date of issuance.

Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed.

If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.

After the gift card has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address on file (or such alternative methods that SHEIN may identify). If you did not receive your gift card number and PIN number, it may be because:

SHEIN will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or if a Gift Card is used without your authorization. Title to, and risk of loss for, Gift Cards passes to you upon sale of the Gift Card. Please ensure that you are taking proper means to secure your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized access and use. If you suspect someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, contact us immediately through Customer Service .
