ELIGIBILITY: The SHEIN 2025#SHEINTrends #VacayTrends (UK) Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is opento legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age orolder. Employees, officers or directors of Roadget Business PTE.LTD. (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, orany advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes(collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediatefamily and household members of each such person, are not eligible toparticipate. Void where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes beginson 14 May, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”), and ends on 9June, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. GMT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for theSweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period,log in to SHEIN APP or official website and your Instagram account and:
(1) Search on SHEINAPP or official website for your favorite “Trends” store and take a screenshotof the store page.(2) Follow @shein_gb on Instagram and like the Sweepstakes post.
(3) Tag 3friends in the comment section of the Sweepstakes post (“Comment”).
(4) Post the screenshoton your IG feed publicly (“Post”) and include the hashtags #SHEINTrends#VacayTrends and #SHEINContest in your Post. Your Post mustinclude both hashtags #SHEINTrends #VacayTrends and #SHEINContest.
Limit one (1) entry perperson/Instagram account, regardless of number of Posts. You must have anInstagram account to participate and your account must be public. Accounts arefree. All entries are subject to Instagram’s terms of use. Use of any macro,bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof ofsubmission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor's database computer is the officialtime-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries will not be acknowledged orreturned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry willbe deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email addressassociated with the social media account used to post the entry. “Authorizedaccount holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an emailaddress or other similar account associated with the relevant social mediaaccount.
DRAWING AND WINNERNOTIFICATION: Random drawing to select twelve (12) potential winners will be conducted weeklyfrom among all eligible entries received up to each drawing date. Drawings willoccur on or about the following dates: 05/20/25; 05/27/25; 06/03/25 and 06/10/25 to select12 potential winners for each respective drawing (total48 potential winners). A total of forty-eight (48) potential winners will beselected over the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified viaInstagram Direct Message on or about the following dates, respectively:05/23/25; 05/30/25; 06/06/25 and 06/13/25. No liability is assumed forany winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by apotential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respondwithin 2 days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prizenotification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potentialwinner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner maybe selected. If potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he orshe has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for anyreason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and analternate winner may be selected. Potential winner may be required to execute aDeclaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release(“Prize Claim Documents”).
PRIZE AND ODDS: There are a total offorty-eight (48) prizes are available, each consisting of one (1)round-trip economy class flight tickets for a single person. The departureairport for the flight must be located within the United Kingdom. Thedestination may be any domestic or international location permitted byapplicable law and airline regulations. The maximum value of each prize,inclusive of the base fare, all applicable taxes, and mandatory fees imposed bythe airline or relevant governmental authorities at the time of booking, shallnot exceed four hundred pounds (£400 GBP). For the avoidance of doubt,this £400 GBP cap applies to the total cost of the booked flight ticket as paidby the Sponsor. The Prize value explicitly excludes costs for checked orcarry-on baggage exceeding the airline’s standard allowance, seat selectionfees, travel insurance, in-flight services, ground transportation,accommodations, meals, and any other incidental expenses or fees not expresslyincluded in the base fare and mandatory taxes/fees. To initiate prizeredemption, the selected winner must contact the Instagram account @shein_gbvia direct message, and provide the following information: (i) full legal nameas it appears on their identification; (ii) a valid identification number(e.g., passport number) for booking purposes; (iii) proposed flight details(including, desired departure airport (within the UK), desired destination,proposed departure and return dates); and (iv) any preferred airlines or times(requests will be accommodated subject to the £400 GBP prize cap andavailability. Upon receiving this information, SHEIN will endeavor to find andpropose suitable flight options within the maximum prize value of £400 GBP. Thewinner must confirm their acceptance of the proposed flight details within thebelow respective Redemption Dates.. SHEIN will then purchase the confirmedflight ticket on the winner’s behalf. All steps of the Prize redemptionprocess, including the winner's initial contact with SHEIN, provision ofrequired information, and final confirmation of flight details for booking,must be completed by the below respective Redemption Dates. Failure by a winnerto complete all Prize redemption procedures and provide the necessaryinformation by 15 June, 2025, may result in the forfeiture of the Prize withoutfurther notice or compensation. In such an event, the Sponsor shall have no furtherobligations or liability to the winner in relation to that forfeited prize.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize isnon-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitution will beallowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. A substitute of comparable orgreater value may be awarded if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.Each winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, and for any other fees orcosts associated with acceptance or use of the Prize.
Prize Redemption：
A winner must redeem the prizeby the following applicable redemption dates (“Redemption Dates”)respectively:
i) Redemption Date: 06/03/25 for winners who were selected on 05/20/25;
ii) Redemption Date: 06/10/25 for winners who were selected on 05/27/25;
iii) Redemption Date: 06/17/25 for winners who were selected on 06/03/25; and
iv) Redemption Date: 06/24/25 for winners who were selected on 06/10/25.
PARTICIPATION: By entering the Sweepstakes,you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibilityrequirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakesjudges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Noresponsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled,incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission,interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft ordestruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or fortechnical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer,hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of orfailure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technicalproblems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person'scomputer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in theSweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from anySweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated theseOfficial Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes ifSponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruptionor damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness,integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes isterminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) selectwinner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem.
Publicity/USAGE Rights: If participating in theSweepstakes requires you to upload a post (feed post, story, reel or others) inyour social media accounts as a condition to participate or win theSweepstakes, you hereby grant a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license tothe Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) to copy, reproduce, edit,broadcast and otherwise use your Post, in whole or in part, in any way, in anymedium whether now existing or later discovered, for the purposes of posting orsharing your Post online in our social media, website or online magazines.Please be aware that you can revoke this license at any time, by contacting [email protected].
To fulfil our obligationsunder these Official Rules, we will use your full name, contact information,and address for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes event. Thisincludes determining the winners, conducting necessary communication withparticipants, as well as arranging the logistics and delivery of the prize. Wemay also publicly disclose the aforementioned information of the prize winnersas required by applicable local regulations.
Release OF LIABILITY: By participating in theSweepstakes, and to the extent allowed by applicable law, you release Sponsorand its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees,directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associatedwith the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any andagainst any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be causedby your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding,receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prize, and you agree that these entities arenot responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed orimplied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding ofany prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules; provided thatnothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of theSweepstakes Entities for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by thenegligence of the Sweepstakes Entities. You further agree, to the extentallowed by applicable law, that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causesof action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizesawarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of classaction; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actualout-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering theSweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances willany entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives allrights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and allrights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages,other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules andall disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of England and Wales,without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall beresolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you expresslyconsent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objectionthereto.

WINNER LIST: For a list ofwinners, available approximately two weeks after the end of the SweepstakesPeriod, send a written request to the Sponsor, via electronic mail to [email protected], with “#VacayTrends” in thesubject line. All such requests must be received by 31 August, 2025.
