Welcome to the clauses for SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan ("Plan"). Before applying for SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan, you should read the following terms carefully. By joining SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan, it means that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the full contents of these clauses.

These clauses are between you and Infinite Towers Services Limited. (trading as “SHEIN” ) whose registered office is at SUITE 1,7TH FLOOR 50 BROADWAY LONDON UNITED KINGDOM SWIH 0DB, serve as a supplement to the SHEIN CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS you have signed, and govern our respective rights and obligations. Contents not covered by these clauses, unless otherwise agreed between SHEIN("we", "us", or "our") and you, are subject to the relevant clauses of the SHEIN CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS . Additionally, in accordance with applicable laws and to better provide Auto-Renewal Plan service, these clauses will be amended from time to time.

1. SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan is based on your demand for automatic renewal. After you successfully join Auto-Renewal Plan, and provided that you meet certain conditions, a service is launched to avoid losses caused by your failure to renew your SHEIN CLUB membership in time due to negligence or other reasons.

2. The billing cycle for the Auto-Renewal Plan is the validity period of SHEIN CLUB membership, and the membership fee is subject to the information displayed on your SHEIN CLUB member-only page . After the Auto-Renewal Plan is successfully activated, the validity period of the next SHEIN CLUB membership will be automatically renewed from the end of the current period.

3. You have fully understood that joining the Auto-Renewal Plan does not guarantee that you will necessarily achieve a successful renewal. SHEIN CLUB Membership is only available to those individuals who have a registered SHEIN User Account that is not identified as “blocklisted” according to section 2.2. (6) of the Marketplace Terms of Use .
Please be aware that if your account is identified as “blocklisted” during your membership period, your current SHEIN CLUB membership may be automatically terminated upon expiration.

1. Based on the requirements for automatic renewal, you agree that upon application for the Auto-Renewal Plan during the validity period of these clauses, you authorize SHEIN to use any payment methods authorized by you to collect the next billing cycle's SHEIN CLUB membership fee and any taxes (taxes subject to actual order page) within 24 hours before the expiration of your current SHEIN CLUB membership period. In the event of renewal failure due to insufficient payment account balance or account restrictions, please be aware that you may not be entitled to all the discounts that you were to be entitled to if your auto-renewal payment was successfully made.

2. You are aware and acknowledge that SHEIN has the right to decide whether to adjust the benefits, renewal periods, and fees of the Auto-Renewal Plan based on business needs or market changes.

3. SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan has restrictions on payment methods. Please refer to the information displayed at the time of plan activation.

1. Unless otherwise stated by SHEIN, the SHEIN CLUB Auto-Renewal Plan you obtain remains effective.

2. SHEIN will send you automatic renewal reminders 3 days before the expiration of your current SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan via email, SMS, Messages, or push notifications. If you do not cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan after receiving the reminders, SHEIN is authorized to use any payment methods recorded by us to collect SHEIN CLUB membership fees and any taxes for the next billing cycle.

3. You can cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan on your SHEIN CLUB member-only page at any time. If you choose not to cancel, it will be deemed that you agree to authorize SHEIN to attempt deductions in accordance with these clauses. Once the deduction is successful, your next billing cycle of SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan will be renewed.

4. In order to obtain a more exciting shopping experience, SHEIN CLUB may provide limited-time "special offers." Before the current Auto-Renewal Plan is automatically deducted, you have the right to choose to cancel or update other Auto-Renewal Plans. You acknowledge and confirm that if you do not actively cancel or update, SHEIN will attempt to automatically deduct fees based on the signing price when you joined this plan.

1. You may choose to cancel this plan independently at any time. The specific operation process is as follows:
Log in to your account where you joined SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan, and cancel the automatic renewal plan at SHEIN CLUB member-only page > Manage > Disable .

2. Friendly reminder: After successfully canceling this plan through the above method, your currently effective SHEIN CLUB membership benefits will not be affected. SHEIN CLUB's Auto-Renewal Plan will no longer be automatically renewed upon expiration. The application standards for SHEIN CLUB membership cancellation and membership fee refund that have taken effect in the current period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of SHEIN CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS .

3. Auto-Renewal Plan clauses are provided on the premise that you have a valid SHEIN membership. If your SHEIN membership is terminated due to failure to renew or other circumstances based on the SHEIN CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS clauses, this plan will be terminated at the same time.

4. If you violate these clauses, rules, and other related circumstances, SHEIN has the right to choose to terminate this plan based on your actual breach of clauses.

We may change these clauses according to the conditions of use at our sole discretion without prior notice. Your continued participation after we change these clauses will constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your subscription.
