OVERVIEW: Roadget Business PTE. LTD. (“Sponsor”) may offer different Contests (each a “Contest”) at different times. Each Contest is separate. Participation in one Contest is not participation in any other Contest. These official rules (“Official Rules”) apply to each separate Contest. Details on the exact dates for any Contest, along with the prize(s) available in that Contest, and any other details will be listed at https://discoversheinx.com (“Contest Page”). Be sure to check back regularly to see what is being offered at any given time.

ELIGIBILITY: Only SHEINX Designers/Artists who: (1) have a SHEINX Designer/Illustrator agreement with Sponsor; (2) are legal residents of the country where they reside; and (3) are 18 years of age or older may participate in any Contest. Employees and directors (and their respective immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising, promotion, or production agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

CONTEST PERIOD: Each Contest will begin and end at the dates and times listed on the Contest Page for that particular Contest (“Contest Period”). All times are measured by Singapore Standard Time (“SST”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for any Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate in any Contest during the applicable Contest Period, visit the Contest Page, locate the Contest you wish to enter, review the entry requirements for that Contest, including the Contest theme (“Theme”) as specified on the Contest Page, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form with a digital copy of your original artwork based on the Theme and other entry requirements for that Contest (your “Submission”).

Any additional methods to participate in a particular Contest, if available, will be described at the Contest Page for that Contest. Eligibility and participation are subject to validation and verification by Sponsor. By participating in any Contest, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, the additional details on the Contest Page for the applicable Contest, and all decisions of the judges. Limit one (1) entry per person and email address. Additional entry attempts from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using multiple names, email addresses, social media accounts, or any other means to enter any Contest. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. Use of any macro, bot, script, or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Your Submission must consist of one digital file of your original artwork illustrating the Theme of the applicable Contest (and in accordance with any other requirements on the Contest Page for that Contest) in either pdf, jpeg or png format, with a minimum resolution of 300 pixels and maximum file size of 100MB, or an applicable format, resolution, or size as specified on the Contest Page, titled with your first and last name.

In addition, your Submission must: (a) be the exclusive original work of the entrant; (b) be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image, (c) not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or right of privacy or publicity, (d) not contain any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, and slogans, other than Sponsor’s; and (e) not depict any conduct or content that is unsafe, immoral, obscene or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Failure to meet any of the requirements listed above or on the Contest Page, or to otherwise comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification of the Submission.

WARRANTIES AND PERMISSIONS: By entering this Contest, you warrant and represent that: (i) your Submission has been created by you as an original work and that all required third- party releases (if any) have been obtained in writing; (ii) and you own all intellectual property rights including copyrights and related rights in the Submission (other than the rights of any 3 rd- party copyright holder whose content we may have authorized you to use as part of the content of (or inspiration for) your Submission). You further warrant and represent that (i) all statements made in the entry process are true, accurate, and complete; (ii) the Submission has not been and will not be assigned or transferred to another party; (iii) no license to use the Submission has been, or will be, granted to any third party; (iv) the Submission is and will remain free from any and all other encumbrances of whatever kind or nature; (v) the Submission is unique to you and was created solely by you and no one else has any right, title, or interest in and to the Submission and its contents; and (vi) nothing in your Submission infringes or violates any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other right of any other party.

By entering the Contest, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization, including any of its parents or subsidiaries) may copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, publish and otherwise use your Submission in any way for promotional and advertising purposes in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting your Submission online on Sponsor’s (or any of its parents’ or subsidiaries’) websites, mobile applications, or social media pages, in perpetuity, without consideration or payment to you.

PUBLICITY RIGHTS: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest and/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes the winner’s consent for use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration.

JUDGING/WINNER SELECTION: All eligible Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges using the following criteria: creativity and originality, quality of the Submission; and best expression of the Theme, to determine a number of finalists, as specified on the Contest Page.

The finalists will proceed to Public Voting (as defined below) and further judging, subject to eligibility and these Official Rules. The finalists’ Submissions will be posted on the applicable page on the SHEIN website (“SHEIN Contest Webpage”) for Public Voting (as defined below) on the date specified on the Contest Page. Votes obtained via the Public Voting will not determine the winners but may be taken into consideration by the judges in their evaluations. Judges' decisions are final and binding.

Public Voting. During the period specified for the applicable Contest on the Contest Page, members of the public who have a free SHEIN user account (see below) will have the opportunity to cast votes on the applicable SHEIN Contest Webpage for their favorite Submission (“Public Voting”). See details to create a free SHEIN user account at https://www.shein.com/user/auth/login?direction=nav . Exact times and instructions for voting in each Contest will be posted on the applicable SHEIN Contest Webpage. Limit one (1) vote per person/SHEIN user account per day. A “day” is defined as 24 hours within the SST time zone. Use of script, macro, or any device to automate voting, hiring outsourced vote-farming services, paying for votes, or engaging in any other conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, is prohibited, and any entries or votes received through such means will be void. Any attempt by any voter or entrant to submit or solicit more than the stated number of votes by using multiple/different SHEIN user accounts, email addresses, identities, or any other method will void that person’s votes and entry (if any), and he/she may be disqualified from further voting or other participation in the Contest.

Winner Selection: On or about the date specified on the Contest Page for the applicable Contest, the judges will evaluate the finalists’ Submissions to select the Contest’s potential winners, applying the following criteria: creativity and originality; quality of Submission; best expression of the Theme; and public appeal, for which the results of Public Voting may be considered as a factor by the judges in their discretion. The potential winner(s) selected by the judges in a Contest (per these Official Rules and the instructions on the Contest Page) will receive a prize, subject to eligibility, compliance with the requirements of “Winner Notification” section below, and these Official Rules. See the Contest Page for details on the number and description of prizes available in any particular Contest.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each potential winner in a Contest will be notified using the contact information provided in their entry on or about the date specified for that Contest on the Contest Page. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within three (3) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Each winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”). No guarantee or promise is made that any winner’s winning Submission will be used to produce, market, or sell any articles of clothing bearing the design of the winning Submission. If a winning Submission is used by us to produce, market, or sell any articles of clothing bearing the design or artwork of the winning Submission, all rights to such winning Submission will be subject to the applicable SHEINX Designer/Illustrator Agreement that you have previously signed as a condition of eligibility for a Contest as set forth under the “Eligibility” rule above. If any potential eligible winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her place of residence, at Sponsor’s option, the prize either may be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner may be required to ratify and sign all Prize Claim Documents. If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules or the terms of the applicable Contest on the Contest Page, he/she will be disqualified, and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

PRIZES: The prize(s) and value(s) available for any Contest will be listed on the Contest Page for that Contest.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Contest in the event an insufficient number of Submissions are received that meet the minimum eligibility or judging criteria.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering any Contest, to the extent permitted by law, you agree that the Contest Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in any Contest or Contest-related activity, or from acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

By entering any Contest, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with that Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any damages, losses, claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by you, including costs associated with entering that Contest, but in no event will include attorney's fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses.

INDEMNITY: By entering any Contest, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities against all costs, expenses (including legal expenses), damages, losses or liabilities suffered or incurred by the Contest Entities arising from or in connection with (i) any claim arising from your participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity, (ii) any claim by a third party that the Submission infringes their intellectual property rights and (iii) any breach of these Official Rules by you.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Each Contest, these Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore for resolution of any disputes relating to any Contest and waive any objection thereto.

ADDITIONAL RULES: No responsibility is assumed for any damage to your mobile device or computer system, which is occasioned by participating in any Contest, or for any computer system, mobile device, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no responsibility is assumed for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, forged, tampered with, altered, late, lost, damaged, or stolen Submissions, prize notifications or other Contest materials, all of which are void; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.

Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of any Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of any Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate any Contest, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Contest is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of that Contest as contemplated herein. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time without notice to you by publishing updated rules on the Contest Page.

PERSONAL DATA: By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s manner of collection and usage of any personal information you submit, all of which is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://discoversheinx.com/privacyCookiePolicy .

WINNER NAMES: For the name(s) of the winner(s) in any Contest, send a written request to the Sponsor, via electronic mail to uscsteam@shein.com with “SHEIN X Contest” in the subject line. Be sure to also specify in the subject line the name of the Contest you are asking about. All such requests must be received by two (2) months after the end of the Contest Period.
