1.1. Your participation in this BRAND DEALS CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”) is subject to these rules and to our T&Cs on SHEIN App or Website .

1.2. This Campaign is only available on the SHEIN App. You need to log into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN application (hereinafter referred as “SHEIN APP”) to participate in the Campaign. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the App for free and create a free SHEIN User Account. The App must meet the following requirements: it should be officially downloaded from authorized application stores, it must be the most recent version available.

1.3. Reference to “SHEIN” shall be understood as the marketplace operator, according to the Terms and Conditions.

2.1. The Campaign begins on February 26, 2025. This Campaign is not permanent.

2.2. SHEIN shall have the right to unilaterally decide to end the Campaign at any time during the Campaign Period, with no liability, unless otherwise prohibited by law; provided that it complies with the campaign benefits obtained by the Users that participated in the Campaign while it was active.

3.1. During the Campaign Period, App users will have the opportunity to purchase selected products at “Campaignal Prices”.

3.1.1. APP: After logging onto your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN APP, you may click on the Campaign banner and you will be directed to the Campaign page, where there will be a curated list of products (the “Products”) with Campaign price (the “Campaignal Price”) available.

3.1.2. WEBSITE: The Website will display Products that are designated as Brand Deals and show the Products, while also indicating which Campaignal Prices are available exclusively through the App. PLEASE NOTE: Users cannot (1) add Products at Campaignal Prices to their shopping carts, nor (2) completing purchases at Campaignal Prices through the Website.

3.2. The Products with Campaignal Price have “Purchase Limits”, which restrict the number of Products a user can purchase at the Campaignal Price during the Campaign Period, and these limits will be clearly communicated to users prior to any transaction. Any attempt to exceed the designated “Purchase Limits” will result in an automatic rejection of that purchase, with users receiving a notification on the APP.

3.3. The Products purchased with Campaignal Prices set forth in this Campaign shall not be subject to any further discounts or Campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, the application of any coupons, SHEIN CLUB benefits, SHEIN Saver benefits or other Campaignal activities. By participating in this Campaign, the user acknowledges and agrees to the exclusivity of these Campaignal Prices as stipulated.

3.4. Each User may participate in the Campaign through a single device. Device means any mobile device used to access the App. SHEIN has sole discretion to verify the validity of purchase attempts, cancel or reject orders that do not comply with the requirements set forth in this section.

3.5. Shipping and return conditions and fees are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. If you have any query regarding the refund of items purchased through this Campaign, please contact our Customer Service. Notwithstanding the above, your statutory rights, such as withdrawal right, will not be affected. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have provided an accurate delivery address.  

3.6. Product may only be available while supplies last. Product will not be issued upon termination of the Campaign Period or if the Participant is or becomes ineligible for the Campaign or receipt of the Product.

4.1. SHEIN reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Campaign and/or using SHEIN’s Services or permanently disqualify from any other Campaign, if it finds, at its sole discretion, that you have exhibited any of the following behaviors:

a. you violate any of these Rules and/or any of the agreements related to SHEIN’s Services, including but not limited to using any software or any other conduct designed to obtain improper benefit under the Campaign.

b. you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.

c. you have engaged in inappropriate or cheating behavior (including but not limited to attacking the system, obtaining improper benefits, illegally using modified software, clone, jailbreak, root, etc.);

5.1 By entering the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements in SHEIN’s User Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.  

No responsibility is assumed by SHEIN for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by SHEIN on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Campaign.  

SHEIN reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Campaign if SHEIN believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign.

6.1. By participating in the Campaign, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Campaign from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Campaign, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Campaign as expressly provided in these Official Rules.

6.2. You further agree that:

(a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action;

(b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Campaign, but in no event attorney’s fees;

(c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

The SHEIN’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Campaign. 

Any information you submit by playing the Campaign is subject SHEIN’s Privacy Policy.

Where legally permitted, all taxes applicable to any benefits provided by SHEIN within this Campaign will be your responsibility and SHEIN shall not pay any amounts for any tax obligations If SHEIN is required to withhold any tax obligations and file with the relevant tax authority, then you will be required to complete and submit the appropriate tax form to SHEIN. Void when prohibited.
