2. How The Program Works
- 2.1. After logging onto your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App, you may enter the Program through the Program pop-up window, and you will be directed to the Program page, where there will be a curated list of products (the “List of Products”) available.
- 2.2. You will need to select at least one (1) product (the “Product”) from the List of Products and add it to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout (“Program Order”). Once you check out and successfully pay for your order, you will receive coupon(s) You can use the coupon(s) on SHEIN UK Site at https://www.shein.co.uk/ within the Territory (the “Coupons”).
- 2.3. The Program will be held weekly (the “Weekly Round”) during the Promotion Period, and each Weekly Round will contain a certain pieces and amounts of coupons (the “Coupons”) as rewards (the “Reward(s)”) .The Reward(s) for each Weekly Round will be announced and displayed on the Program Page.
Please be aware that the use of these coupons is subject to the
Coupon Policy and the specific coupon rules as established in this Program Rules.
- 2.4. The Coupons will be issued within 24 hours after you have successfully checked-out and paid for your order. The Coupon will be placed in your SHEIN User Account and will be viewable in the “My Coupons” section under “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account.
- 2.5. The Coupons will expire within 3 days (72-hour) after it has been issued and placed in your SHEIN User Account (“Validity Period”). Please check your User Account and take note of the Coupon’s expiration date. The Coupons can only be used to buy Products sold by SHEIN.
- 2.6. PLEASE NOTE: You can use one or more Coupons during the Validity Period, you don’t need to use all the Coupons. The Coupons not used during the Validity Period will expire and will not longer be available for use.
- 2.7. Coupons are void where prohibited or may be subject to restrictions. Coupons are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- 2.8. Returns and refunds conditions
- a. If you withdraw or cancel the order, you can participate again within the duration of the Program. However, once you successfully place an order (that is not cancelled) under this Program, you may not participate in the Program again.
- b. If you decide to return the purchased Product(s), we will evaluate whether you’re qualified to keep the Coupons. After returning, if there’s remaining Product(s) in your order, you will be entitled to keep your Coupons. If you are returning all items in your order, we will be have the option to invalidate the remaining Coupon(s) which has not been used. Please visit our Return Policy and Refund Policy to check the return and refund conditions before participating in the Program.

3. Violation and Penalties
- 3.1. The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Program, obtaining the Reward(s) and/or using SHEIN’s Services if:
- a. you violate of any of these Rules and/or any of the agreements related to SHEIN’s Services, including but not limited to using any software or any other conduct designed to obtain improper benefit under the Program.
- b. you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.
- c. you have engaged in cheating behavior (including but not limited to attacking the system, obtaining improper benefits, illegally using modified software, clone, jailbreak, root, etc.);
- d. You are considered under the definition established in section 2.2.(6) of the Terms of Use.
4. Participation Rules
By entering the Program, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements. No responsibility is assumed by the SHEIN for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by SHEIN on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Program.
SHEIN reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Program if SHEIN believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program. In such cases, if the Program is terminated before the designated end date of the Program Period, SHEIN will (if possible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem
