Review: COMPLAINT This is the 2nd order on SHEIN where this has happened. I ordered 151pcs Toolset BUT only rec’d an INCORRECT 46pcs Toolset, SHEIN SHOCKINGLY states online that they can’t find anything wrong with this obvious MISLEADING/MISADVERTISED/MISREPRESENTED ADVERT that deceives the Buyer, even thought if a REAL PERSON was looking at the invoice when I bought it, would SEE it clearly states 151pcs Toolset NOT 46pcs toolset (which I incorrectly received) It is very very frustrating dealing with SHEIN as it’s clear there Customer Service is AI and NOT A COMMON SENSE HUMAN who would CHECK THE ORIGINAL ORDER? SHEIN Customer Service repeats the same phrases WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING at the basic original order to tell any differences?? This is very very frustrating to the customers of SHEIN , Why are we wasting our time with misleading adverts and incompetent customer services, when it’s obvious that the wrong item has been sent/or mis-advertised. I WONT USE SHEIN AGAIN
