Review: These gloves actually have a really good grip when it comes to the little idk what to call them but the dots on the inside of the gloves hold up very well . The glove itself also holds up and is easy to use for workouts . I would only use them to workouts however .. these are not gloves to keep you warm in the winter . These are made for exercise and having a good grip on equipment ! Lol
