Review: I didn't expect this little thing to bring me such a benefit, I was afraid it wouldn't bare the weight of my arm but in fact I only just lay a little bit of the weight of my arm on it, but the fact that I can rest my elbow is game changing. It also has a firm grip which is easy to regulate, I easily move it around and remove it if I want (but only if I want, it's not flimsy). I wish I had bought this sooner honestly
