Review: I love this to make little gyoza with my own choice of fillings.looks good quality but looking closer, lots of gaps for germs to build if using raw meat of fish fillings on it. Even in. a dishwasher, it will fill with dirty washing water and need to drip dry slowly before putting away but will always worry how clean it really is.
