Review: It helps a little bit with the back pain. Some sort of compression depending on how tight you put it on. 1,67 m and 70 kg and I bought L cause I’m in 30 weeks of pregnancy. Still room for the belly to grow. Un unbeatable the price. It’s well made. Really recomand this.

Review: The belt is overall a good size - i’m 166cm tall and my belly is currently about 100cm in diameter. However the baby did NOT like it - he kept kicking the belt from the inside and I ended up removing it after an hour or so. I’m 6 months pregnant and I’m planning to try it again in about a month when my belly will be even bigger - hopefully he wont mind it as much
