Review: Velvet type fabric and the lace is nice. Boning just enough to let it stsnd. It's nit as over the top as some of the bigger festhery collars but will go well with a velvet dress. The back does show the reverse of the fabric so I may add a light lace but this is great and plenty of ribbon to wear it with.
