Review: Absolutely ridiculous. The ball arrived brand new, yet it won’t pump up at all. At first, I thought the problem was with my own pump, so I took the ball to several different shops that have proper pumps and asked them to try inflating it. Every single shop confirmed that the ball would not pump up. I’ve tried multiple pumps and had several people check it, so there is clearly something wrong with the ball itself. How can a brand-new ball arrive completely unusable? This is extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money. I expected a new product to actually work straight out of the box, not require me to go around to different shops just to prove that it’s faulty. Definitely not acceptable.
