Review: Better than expected to be honest. Tracks sleep (deep sleep, light sleep rem phase). Don't know how accurate that is but sleep hour/duration is pretty precise.

Review: Also, der Ring misst vieles mit ein paar kleinen Abweichungen laut meiner 🍏-Watch, aber manchmal fühlt es sich an als würden ein paar Schritte nicht erfasst werden. Schlaferfassung ist sehr zuverlässig. Der Akku hält gut und lädt schnell. Ich trage oft eine Größe 8 bei normalen Ringen, aber hier empfehle ich mindestens eine Größe größer zu nehmen.
