Review: I was plessed when the product arrived in what appeared as in a good and working order, and was hopeful that it would be great product for the price. However, when I placed 4 almost fully charged batteries on charge as a test, I was initially encouraged when it lit up as expected. But after more than 12 hours of charging the same batteries, it still does not show them as fully charged. Really disappointing and frustrating as I now have to find another charger and pay a bit more for guaranteed reliability. I now have to go through all the hassle of returning to get my refund
