Review: This is really nice. It does not have an inner lining but its a skort so its okay. Its made from flowy fabric. The usual designed thin shein fabric. Its more on the normal length for a skirt. Garter seems of good quality. I like it. Like my review if it was helpful. All my measurements below are correct and updated.
