Review: First massage gun I owned. Didn't quite know what to expect but I'll say for the price it's a quality piece of equipment. Feels heavy enough (no cheap plastic) and the vibrations at different speed using different add-ons feel like they could do something. I've only had it a day so too soo to tell but so far I'm satisfied. The manual is quite specific regarding muscle groups and how to stimulate them and the material feels pleasant on the skin. I partially bought it for lower back pain and there is a special attachment for vertebrea but to be honest I think for this it's better to have someone else apply this as I reckon being able to relax your muscles will improve the effect. But all in all I'm pleasantly surprised with this product.
