Review: Hello Shein Customer Service I recently received my order, but unfortunately, the product is defective and not working properly. Although I followed the instructions and turned it on, it does not emit any steam at all. I would like to request a full refund or a replacement for this item. I have attached a video clearly showing that the device is on but no steam is coming out.
