Review: Gorgeous little outfit I thought it was a skirt but its even nicer as a pair of frilly shorts lovely material and really cute Big problem was the size I ordered age 4 yrs for my grandaughter who is coming up to 3 yrs but its tiny!! The tshirt would probably only fit a small 2 yr old so I would advise going up two sizes
