Review: Very beautiful! It flows nicely. Stretchy. It is a thin material. Perfect for Summer. It fits well for my 16 month old but putting it on is a bit tight, but after the arm goes in.. it is a perfect fit. The ribbons are not adjustable, they are sewed in.
