Review: It is def oversized and the fabric is great for summer and for the beach. Bought it to wear over my swimsuit and wodef recommend it for that. The buttons are a little hard to button up but can't complain for the price. My measurements are accurate so you can use them to compare and please like this review if you found it helpful, it helps me a lot because I have student debt but want to look cute hahahha.
